I have received and understand that as a Member of the willoughby Golf Club. Inc. I am obligated to abide by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, By0Laws and Rules and Regulations of the Club.

I understand that I am responsible for payment in full of any dues and charges in accordance with the By-laws. An itemized statement of any such assessments, fees, dues and other charges shall be mailed monthly to each Member. Any unpaid balance not paid in full to the Club within thirty (30) days from the date of the statement shall be deemed delinquent. Delinquent accounts will accrue a service charge of one and one-half percent (1 1/2% per month until paid in full). Club privileges shall be suspended at 90 days for any unpaid balance. The Board reserves the right to take legal action for any unpaid balance.

Any legal fees incurred are the responsibility of the Member.
