LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:
If you are logging in for the first time, please enter your Member Number as the Username and your Last Name as the Password.
For Example:
Username: 1234
Password: Smith
If you are the spouse on record, your Username is the Member Number plus "a" at the end.
For example:
Username: 1234a
Password: Smith
We strongly recommend changing your password from the default the first time you log in for security reasons.
