Please welcome our new Executive Chef, Marco Lombardini. Marco is an ACF Certified Executive Chef and comes to us from Admirals Cove, where he held the title of Executive Sous Chef.
Marco attended culinary school in Baltimore, before finishing “Top in Class” during his apprenticeship at the prestigious Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. He continued working at the Greenbrier for 7 years as a Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine. He eventually owned and successfully operated Candle Light Inn for 16 years in Maryland before moving to Florida. Marco also worked for 4 years as the Banquet Chef at Mirasol.
We are thrilled to have Chef Marco on our team and eagerly await his arrival mid-month! Finally, we owe special thanks to Kopplin, Kuebler, and Wallace (KK&W) for facilitating the search that brought Marco (and many great applicants) to the table.
