Memorable Events Made EasyThe majestic Willoughby clubhouse is an ideal facility for private parties, wedding receptions and charitable functions. With several rooms available and the ability to convert the formal Dining Room and Grille Room into a single luxurious space, the Club can host from 30 to 250 people comfortably. Facilities include a flexible dance floor, a large screen LCD projection system, an outdoor tented patio and scenic views of the adjacent golf course and tropical gardens. For your convenience, we also have a certified event planner on premises. For weddings we offer inclusive packages with entertainment, decorations, officiates’ services and photography plus a bridal salon and changing facilities with full length mirrors and vanities. All of this accompanied by gourmet cuisine prepared by Executive Chef, Jimmy Cunningham, and professional service provided by our dining room staff. Bookings are coordinated through the Willoughby Food & Beverage Director who can make all the necessary arrangements for you including recommendations on preferred vendors for all related services.
