Look Fit, Feel Fit, Be Fit

Willoughby has a new fitness center for its members complete with state-of-the-art equipment for aerobic and strengthening workouts. Every day and evening members can choose to burn calories and build flexibility and muscle tone on a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, rowing, or ab crunch machine as well as a leg press, multi press and free weights. To make workouts less painful, TV sets are placed in easily viewed positions and personal trainers are on call to help members design appropriate routines for improving individual fitness.
