Room Rental and Set-up Fees:
Entire Clubhouse: $650
Main Dining Room: $450
Grille Room: $250
Pointe Room: $250
Willoughby Room: $150
Patio Area: $250
Cab Conference Room: $150
Set-up and removal of Dance Floor: $250
Valet Attendants: $17.75 per hour; one attendant per 20 estimated cars
(Valet Attendants are scheduled ½ hour prior to and ½ hour after each event.)

All events are subject to availability.
The club reserves the right to change room locations depending on space availability.
All events require a 72-hour advance guarantee of number of guests.
Payment is required 30 days in advance of all functions.

Sales Tax 6%
